qui suit\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019organisme se pr\u00e9occupe des r\u00e9percussions de l\u2019environnement physique de travail sur la sant\u00e9 mentale des travailleurs.<\/li>\n<li>Les travailleurs se sentent en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (ni pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s, ni inquiets) dans leur environnement physique de travail.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019horaire de travail pr\u00e9voit des p\u00e9riodes raisonnables de repos.<\/li>\n<li>Toutes les questions en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont prises au s\u00e9rieux et r\u00e9solues.<\/li>\n<li>Les travailleurs \u00e0 qui on demande d\u2019effectuer un travail qu\u2019ils jugent dangereux n\u2019h\u00e9sitent pas \u00e0 refuser cette t\u00e2che et n\u2019en craignent pas les cons\u00e9quences.<\/li>\n<li>Les travailleurs re\u00e7oivent une formation suffisante pour effectuer leur travail de fa\u00e7on s\u00e9curitaire.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019organisme \u00e9value les exigences psychologiques de l\u2019emploi et de l\u2019environnement de travail pour d\u00e9terminer s\u2019il existe des dangers pour la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des travailleurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pourquoi la protection de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique est-elle importante? <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les travailleurs qui per\u00e7oivent leur lieu de travail comme \u00e9tant un environnement qui prot\u00e8ge l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique se sentent plus en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et engag\u00e9s au travail. Des recherches ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que, lorsque les employ\u00e9s ont une plus grande confiance dans la protection de leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, ils connaissent moins de d\u00e9tresse psychologique et de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale. Une formation ad\u00e9quate sur l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique renforce ce sentiment de protection, inspirant confiance que l\u2019employeur r\u00e9duit au minimum les dangers physiques et r\u00e9agit rapidement et efficacement aux pr\u00e9occupations et aux incidents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, et que les employ\u00e9s peuvent donner leur avis sur les politiques et les pratiques du lieu de travail. La protection de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique est particuli\u00e8rement importante pour les travailleurs dont l\u2019industrie ou les r\u00f4les pr\u00e9sentant un risque accru de blessures ou de maladies au travail (construction, foresterie, soins de sant\u00e9, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique est conforme \u00e0 la culture globale de l\u2019organisme et en fait partie\u00a0int\u00e9grante. Une culture est s\u00e9curitaire sur le plan psychologique lorsqu\u2019on a une croyance et un engagement communs et durables \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019importance de promouvoir et de prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 physique et psychologique de chacun. Pour ce faire, il faut prendre des mesures au bon moment pour trouver et g\u00e9rer les risques.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s qui travaillent dans des lieux de travail qui ne se soucient pas de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique sont susceptibles de subir plus de blessures et de maladies. De plus, les travailleurs qui consid\u00e8rent que leur lieu de travail n\u2019accorde pas d\u2019importance \u00e0 la protection de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique se sentent moins en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et moins engag\u00e9s au travail, ce qui augmente le risque de blessures physiques, de d\u00e9tresse psychologique et de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 incidents signal\u00e9s au travail en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Documenter tous les incidents, ainsi que les interventions.<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019assurer que des mesures de soutien efficaces et au bon moment sont disponibles \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement critique (d\u00e9samor\u00e7age de la situation, compte rendu, programme d\u2019aide aux employ\u00e9s et \u00e0 leur famille, traitement psychologique, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Offrir du soutien et des services suppl\u00e9mentaires aux employ\u00e9s qui occupent des postes ou travaillent dans des milieux \u00e0 risque physique \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019assurer que les employ\u00e9s disposent de suffisamment de temps et d\u2019installations pour se reposer (surtout les personnes qui travaillent par
