Comprendre l\u2019importance de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre le travail et la vie personnelle n\u00e9cessite une plus grande souplesse en milieu de travail. Cette souplesse aide \u00e0 r\u00e9duire au minimum les conflits en permettant aux travailleurs d\u2019accomplir les t\u00e2ches n\u00e9cessaires dans leur vie quotidienne. L\u2019\u00e9quilibre am\u00e9liore le bien-\u00eatre, r\u00e9duit le niveau de stress et diminue la possibilit\u00e9 que les probl\u00e8mes familiaux se r\u00e9percutent sur le travail ou vice versa. Il prot\u00e8ge la sant\u00e9 physique et psychologique en permettant aux employ\u00e9s de pr\u00e9server leur concentration, leur confiance et leur sens des responsabilit\u00e9s au travail. Cela se traduit par une augmentation de l\u2019engagement des employ\u00e9s, de la satisfaction au travail et du rendement au travail.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes sont de plus en plus stress\u00e9es au travail. Les travailleurs ayant des niveaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de stress au travail sont plus susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre insatisfaits de leur travail, et de s\u2019absenter physiquement ou mentalement. L\u2019une des principales sources de stress est le conflit entre les r\u00f4les professionnels et familiaux. La sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre d\u2019une personne sont min\u00e9s lorsqu\u2019un conflit entre le travail et la famille survient. Ce d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre peut entra\u00eener une fatigue chronique, des troubles de l\u2019humeur et une incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 progresser. Ces probl\u00e8mes peuvent, \u00e0 leur tour, entra\u00eener d\u2019autres maladies li\u00e9es au stress, telles qu\u2019un taux de cholest\u00e9rol plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, des sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9pressifs et une d\u00e9gradation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9.
