Lorsqu\u2019on ne donne pas suite \u00e0 une opinion ou des suggestions, les travailleurs re\u00e7oivent des explications.<\/li>\n<li><a name=\"_Int_5FNRG6bO\"><\/a> Les travailleurs sont inform\u00e9s des changements importants qui pourraient avoir des r\u00e9percussions sur leur travail.<\/li>\n<li>On encourage tous les travailleurs \u00e0 faire des commentaires sur les d\u00e9cisions importantes li\u00e9es \u00e0 leur travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pourquoi la participation et l\u2019influence sont-elles importantes? <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque des employ\u00e9s ont le sentiment d\u2019apporter une contribution importante \u00e0 leur travail, ils sont plus susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre engag\u00e9s, d\u2019assumer leurs responsabilit\u00e9s, d\u2019avoir un meilleur moral et d\u2019\u00eatre fiers de leur organisme. Ils sont donc plus dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 fournir un effort suppl\u00e9mentaire lorsque cela est n\u00e9cessaire. Cet int\u00e9r\u00eat pour leur travail est donc associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un bien-\u00eatre psychologique accru, \u00e0 un meilleur esprit d\u2019innovation et \u00e0 un engagement envers l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s qui ne se sentent pas \u00e9cout\u00e9s dans leur organisme risquent de ressentir de l\u2019indiff\u00e9rence ou un sentiment d\u2019impuissance.
