Le bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s s\u2019en trouve directement am\u00e9lior\u00e9. Offrir des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences personnelles et interpersonnelles, en plus d\u2019apprendre des comp\u00e9tences propres \u00e0 leur r\u00f4le, est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important pour promouvoir le bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s, le renforcement des relations et la relation avec les autres.<\/p>\n<p>Les travailleurs qui ne sont pas mis au d\u00e9fi par leur travail deviendront d\u00e9sint\u00e9ress\u00e9s; leur bien-\u00eatre personnel en souffrira et leur rendement diminuera.
